Time: 3 p.m. to 1.00 a.m.

7.30 p.m. and that's when the real program starts
Attire: The sexiest man alive
- tight pants & t-shirts (sleeveless welcome but
don't lift your arms too high)
No. of pax : 100-150
with 15 tables to be opened up (Invitees include ex-principal
& teachers)
Food/soft drinks: to be arranged by
David & Ernest with the club (high tea + dinner)
RM30-40 pax est Decoration - to be arrranged with the
club by David (no lewd pictures pls)
RM10-15 pax
Entertainment
- Karaoke club by Ernest and of course our
very own
Mark Lum & the gang

Denash - to check cost of getting a live band, whom
he sings with on a part-time basis
Hard liquor : at your own cost
Total cost per
person est : RM100- (collection account details to be advised
in due course for everyone to TT their payment in) -
Anyone who wishes to contribute extra are more than welcomed.
Special arrangement: T-shirts to be printed for all
attendees
Gift exchange : suggest we all
buy gifts not more than RM30 - in value and gift
wrapped accordingly.
Everyone will then
pick up one gift before they leave for home.
Souvenirs
for teachers : still thinking of something suitable (any
ideas?)
The actual program itinerary will be drawn up
and sent to all in
due course.
We now want all of
you to commit to the date and start sending in
your
payments when the account number is advised (new account of La
Salle 77) so that we local guys could now proceed with the
planning.
Remember your funds will be used for food,
hall rental (RM650),
decorations, souvenirs for teachers
and design & print T-shirts. We
may need to
get prizes for lucky contest winners being planned.
